We understand the importance of maximising the potential of an event. With almost 70% of organisers expecting existing events to grow from the previous year, the need for innovation and creativity to maintain this growth needs to be fully embraced. Be it an internal event or commercially driven, it is vital that it is brought to life with coherent, multi-channel solutions that appeal equally to participants, exhibitors, delegates, speakers, supporters, fundraisers, stakeholders and the press. Unique experiences that ensure attendees will want to return to.
Firstly, we determine the objectives and audiences of an event. The goal might be one of customer engagement, or to increase membership, provide greater revenue, or to simply create an exciting expression of the brand in a physical space. We then work closely with our clients to develop engaging messaging through each channel along the customer journey.
We then create everything from a name, visual identity and logo, through to designing invites, newsletters, brochures, website, films and social media. In the physical space we are also able to roll out the creative across signage, wayfinding, posters, banners, environmental graphics, floorplans and corporate giveaways – as well as art directing any photography that might be required.
I first met We Launch when working for the Royal Marines on The Descent of the Shard project. They have a relaxed and amiable approach to dealing with people that belies their true strengths and abilities. Throughout the few weeks that we worked together I found them to be a close ally and people that could cut through the maelstrom of conflicting priorities that were present in a project with many stakeholders and deliver quality work to each deadline time after time.
