We’re very fortunate to be working with LUTA – a profit sharing sportswear brand determined to disrupt the sports garment industry by giving back 50% of their profits to boxing academies based in Rio, East London and New York.
The latest development from the LUTA camp is that their brand ambassador Luis Collazo will be boxing against Bolton’s Amir Khan in Las Vegas on May 3rd on Floyd Mayweather’s undercard. This will give LUTA the opportunity to build content for social media leading up to the fight, as well as using Luis to display the brand on his fight shorts.
At this moment in time we’re supporting LUTA with their launch of urban wear in New York and very soon you’ll see the point of sale and media adverts we’ve been putting together on our website.
Alongside the launch of the urban range, LUTA have launched the #lifechangingproject campaign. This features 4 gyms chosen by LUTA to receive help because of the support they offer to youth – meaning that half of the profits made in the US will “help to fund Fight for Peace to train gym staff and support them to develop new mentoring, education and leadership programs for young people in their communities.”
