The aim of IPA AdMission is to attract fantastic undergraduate and graduate students from all areas of study (and in particular STEM and BAME), to the multi-disciplined world of advertising. Having previously worked with the IPA on a number of campaigns and initiatives, we were commissioned to create a distinctive sub-brand and website that would not only appeal to students, but also communicate the wide-ranging potential of advertising to the students’ parents, tutors, universities and colleges.
Through our comprehensive AdMission programme, we hope to attract graduates from a wider range of backgrounds and disciplines to up-skill the industry and achieve better cross-cultural representation in every part of the business. Through research, the IPA has identified our members take on nearly 1,000 graduates a year, making the advertising industry a top 10 graduate employer. We believe it will be good for graduates, as prospective employees, to be able to go to a single portal and discover the great career opportunities our members can offer.Janet Hull OBE, Director of Marketing Strategy, IPA
